This calculator provides an estimate under current Alabama Rule 32, using the Alabama Supreme Court's January 14, 2022 amendments (effective May 1, 2022) and the March 3, 2023 amendments adopting Rule 32(C)(7) / Form CS-42-S (effective June 1, 2023). It uses the revised schedule through $30,000 combined adjusted gross monthly income, the self-support-reserve calculation for standard Form CS-42 cases, and the Form CS-42-S shared-50% method when selected. Enter the Rule 32(B)(8)-allowable work-related child-care amount and the children's pro rata health-coverage cost, not the full family premium.
